2. Agree the question first. A one-paragraph note before any result exists: what we'll measure, what each possible result would mean, and what you'd do about it.
3. You run it, I watch. You run the free check or the open-source engine on your own exports during a screen share, and send me only the summary.
4. A readout within two weeks. For the service desk, a fix list of the topics that fail; for finance, what each resolution that held cost and what it means for the renewal; for your CIO, a one-page summary.
