Questions

Where should we start?

With a resolution audit if a virtual agent or AI agent claims resolutions, especially if you pay per resolution. It takes about two weeks and works even if every team got the AI on the same day. If you are choosing between vendors, start with a bake-off.

What do you need from us?

A ticket export or read-only access to your service desk, and an export of the AI's conversations. For a full verification, also the dates each team got the AI and your AI costs. No production changes and no write access.

Can you help us put this in the contract?

Yes. Our model terms define a verified resolution, the data the vendor provides each month, independent measurement and credits. Your counsel adapts them; we are not a law firm.

What if the AI is not working?

Then the report says so, with the reason and what to fix. "Fix" and "stop" are normal outcomes, and one right-sizing decision often pays for the plan.

Do AI vendors pay you?

No. Probative Labs takes no fees from AI vendors, and they cannot pay for, preview or suppress results. See the independence rules.

Can it run inside our cloud?

Yes. Cloud ships as a Docker package you can run in your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account. Hosting by Probative Labs is planned.

Can we use the open-source engine on our own?

Yes, for free under Apache 2.0, and every analysis is in it. A plan turns the same method into results you can act on: a finding the vendor can't dismiss as your own numbers, every bill checked as it arrives, and an alert when the AI slips. Compare them side by side.
